Registrations

To register for the 44^th Benelux Meeting on Systems and Control, please complete the on-line Electronic Registration Form. Reservations are firm only when the corresponding Payment has been received. Only electronic registrations are accepted. Registration fees for the 44^th Benelux Meeting on Systems and Control must be paid in advance. Early registration is highly recommended. On-line registrations have to be received by March 1, 2025.

Fee schedule

The registration fee depends on the time of registration. Early registration deadline is February 3, 2025, on-line registration is possible till March 1, 2025 and only if space can be found. On-line registrations received after March 1, 2025, will be processed at the on-site rate. On-site registrations can be made at the conference registration desk if space is still available.

The fee schedule, in EUR, is as follows:

If you register for a shared room (2 persons) and you want to share with a colleague from your group, then register for a Shared room and put the name of your colleague in the final comment section of the registration form. Important: the colleague with whom you share the room also needs to register separately (!) using the registration form. There will be separate rooms for males and females. As interaction is important, PhD students are supposed to register for shared rooms and therefore staff members are given prefence in the assignment of single rooms.

The registration fee includes:

• Admission to all sessions.
• A copy of the Book of Abstracts.
• Coffee and tea breaks during the meeting.
• In the case of an accommodation arrangement: lunch and dinner on Tuesday; breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Wednesday; and breakfast and lunch on Thursday.
• In the case of an only meals arrangement: lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
• In the case of a one day arrangement: lunch on Tuesday, or Wednesday, or Thursday.
